1. Returns Eligibility

Non-eligible returns:

2. Exceptions Eligible in Special Cases
We will provide a full refund or replacement in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged within 30 days of delivery.

You receive the wrong item or an item is missing from your order.

The product is materially different from the advertised description or stated specifications.
Evidence Requirement:
Photo or video proof is required for all refund or replacement requests.
Note: Packaging design may vary due to seasonal updates or manufacturing changes. Such variations do not qualify for a refund unless the internal product is incorrect or defective.
3. Refund Process

2. Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping times vary depending on the destination:

United Kingdom, EU, UAE, Australia, and other supported countries: 9–21 days

Singapore,Turkey: 6–18 days

Saudi Arabia, Brazil: 21–31 days

3. Shipping Delays - Refund or Replacement Eligibility
If your order is delayed beyond the following timeframes without tracking updates, you may request a refund or replacement:

4. International Duties & Taxes
